President and Owner John Rice was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and has been a lifelong resident of St. Charles County. He started in the building industry during high school, later serving as the superintendent and project manager for another large builder. John started his own construction company in 1995 building and designing high end custom homes then branching out into more affordable models. John has a special appreciation for the St. Charles community in which he himself raises a family and enjoys his work, building homes.
